“Great Service”
Received great service from this garage. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Excellent price. Only downside was with the Booking.com. They accepted my morning request and duly booked me in. On arrival was very politely told, it would be afternoon before my car was seen. Booking.com need to confirm availability with garage before finalising the booking.Although this was a inconvenience i cou have done without the staf were very helpful and phoned me when i would be seen immediately

“Full Service?”
Advertised a 40 point check for a full service. The invoice listed the oil, filter, coolant change, and I was charged for new spark plugs (the car has only done 12,000 miles, so it's surprising they needed changed since I've experienced no issues with them). There was no indication any of the rest of the checks were done and I wasn't given any feedback, written or otherwise. Pretty pointless advertising a 40 point check then not giving any feedback whatsoever. No idea what they did or didn't do.
